Two-Factor Authentication Setup

  1. Download your preferred 2FA app (at least one mobile or one desktop app is needed)
    • Mobile: e.g. Google Authenticator (from your app store)
    • Desktop: e.g. WinAuth (https://winauth.github.io/winauth/index.html)
  2. Configure 2FA app
    • Mobile
      1. Open Google Authenticator on your smart phone and click "+"
      2. Scan the QR code or directly enter the 2FA setup code (displayed on the left side)
    • Desktop
      1. Open WinAuth on your desktop, click "Add" and then "Authenticator"
      2. Enter e.g. "RCX Webshop Manager" as the name, enter the 2FA setup code (displayed on the left side) as the "Secret Code" and select "Time-based"
      3. Click "Verify Authenticator"
      4. Click "OK"
